On this the 26th day of April 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to declare
an emergency and transfer funds from Surplus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-512-334, Prisoner Out of County in the Kerr County
Jail and authorization of a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for $3,815.00 made payable to
James MacMillan, Sheriff.
