C.ONSIOERATION OF BID FOR THE SALE OF THE
GiJADALUPF. SAVING BUILDING AKA KERR COUNTY
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OPENED AND READ
On this the 3rd day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to take
serious consideration on the bid submitted to the Court by
Br.oadplace Properties. An escrow check for $10,000.00 was
submitted along with the agreement from Broadplace Properties.
An appraisal of said property was done and the final estimate
of Market Value was $220,000.00. The Court is to come back
with a decision by May 24, 1994 for this property.

AUTHORIZATION OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
TO DO A CERTIFIED LETTER TO MR. SPENRATH FOR KOTT LANE

On this the 3rd day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to authorize
the County Attorney's Office to write a letter to Mr. Spenrath
advising him that Kott Lane is a county road used by the
public and there should not be any locks obstructing the
entrance of the road.

APPROVAL OF REALIGNMENT OF SALARIES
IN THE ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 3rd day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to reclassify
