An open meeting was held r-oncer.ning the sale of the KFrr
c:ounry Administ.rat.ion Bui-lciing aka Guadalupe Savings Building.
lion Voelkel has talked with Danny Wheat and Rshley Bracken
about the options available to hutlri a new huilding. Don
stated we would need a huilding permit. Mr. Bracken i:> to
help with the design of the building and what the huilding
will look like. Judge Stacy would like to know the cost of
bui:ding a metal huilding and doing a slab for about. 6000
square feet. We presume this would be the fastest to
construct. I have asked the. J.P and Extension Office for
square footage needed by each Office. Commi:;sinner. Oc^hler
stated we needed to find out what kind of building we needed.
We would also nercd to get. the square footage from the tr.nants.
Both the J.F. and the Extension Offir-,e had plans or drawings
of what they would like. Mr. Lehcnan stated that he would :Lilo
to get started on the bu.i.lding to be located at Schreinr.r and
Hays S+_. The Extension of f.i.ce would rather be out near t;he

same time. A suggestion was made that Hxtension Office could
use the building out there now but Eddie stated there was to
much dust for the e:quipmr,iit they use to utilize that b~.rilding.

at a later date. The rr.organization of ASC Offices in Boerne
and Bandera is they would like to be housed here in Kerr
County, the:.e offices are sitting on one anoth<rr now. We
could also utilize :>ome of there equipment and this would be a
plus +_o the county. You could al^.^>o charge rent and this
building could t>e deht free in a short time. Commissioner
Holekamp stated personally he felt if you had two hui].rlings
