On this the 24th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare
an emergency and transfer $3,4%8.60 from Surplus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-436-417, Special Trials, in the 196th District
Court.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS
IN THE KERR COtJNTY JAIL
On this the 24th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
., $976.77, from Line Item No. 10-512-201, FICA Expense, to Line
Item No. 10-512-333, Prisoner Medical, in the Kerr County
Jail.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 24th day of May 1994, came on to he considered by
the Court the reports of the County and Precinct Officials of
FCerr County, Texas and having heard and considered k>y the
Court finds that said reports should he accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to
audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Lehman, the Court unanimously accepted the
