0n this the 24th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-®, to contract
for dispatching services with the City of Ingram for
$7.2,000.00 effective October 1, 1994 and authorization of the
county Judge to write a letter offering said contract.

On this the 2.4th day of May 1994, upon motion made by

with 911 Emergency Services for $29,000,00 per year commencing

On this the 24th day of May 7.994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to charge
$35.00 fee for executing or processing an issued arrest
warrant or capias, pursuant to Art. 102.071 of the Code of
