CONSIDERATION OF CONTRACTING FOR DISPATCHING
SERVICES WITH CITY OF INGRAM
On this the 2.4th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-®, to contract
for dispatching services with the City of Ingram for
$12,000.00 effective October 1, 1994 and authorization of the
County Judge to write a letter offering said contract.

SERVICES WITH 911 EMERGENCY SERVICES
On this the 2.4th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded k>y Commissioner Oehler, the

with 911 Emergency Services for $2.9,000.00 per year commencing

APPROVAL TO CHARGE $35.00 FOR EXECUTING
UR PROCESSING ARREST WARRANT OR CAPIAS PURSUANT TO
ART. 102.011
On this the 24th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to charge
$35.00 fee for executing or processing an issued arrest
warrant or capias, pursuant to Art. 102.011 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, in the Kerr County Sheriff's Office.
