ORDER NO. 22028 APPROVAL TO CHARGE $35.00 FOR EXECUTING UR PROCESSING ARREST WARRANT OR CAPIAS PURSUANT TO ART. 102.011 On this the 24th day of May 1994, upon motion made by commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to charge $35.00 fee for executing or processing an issued arrest warrant or capias, pursuant to Art. 102.011 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the Kerr County Sheriff's Office. 1 PAGE 426
