APPROVAL OF AUTOMATION OF WEST ENTRY OF
COURTHOUSE
On this the 24th clay of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
automation of the west entry of the courthouse by A-1
Automatic Door Systems for $1,578.00 as per proposal N P2024
and authorization of the County Judge's signature.

DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO THE COURT
BY THE COUNTY AUDITOR
~ On this the 2.4th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-8, to authorize
the County Judge to sign insurance documents submitted to the
Court by the County Auditor's Office.

On this the 24th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-e-0, to transfer
$300.00 from Line Item No. 10-x,65-460, Office Rent to Line
Item No. 10-665-310, Office Supplies, in the County Extension
Office.
