May 27, 1994 with all Officers present and the following

APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE COMPLETION
OF THE TEMPORARY JAIL FACILITY
On this the 27th day of May 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Eiolekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to transfer
$3000.00 from Line Item No. 70-675-566, temporary jail
facility, for cost on painting and setting bunk beds and
additional furnishings needed for the completion of the
facility.

MOTION TO ADJOURN

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to adjourn.
