Discussion on preliminary conference on platting of property
at Peterson Farm Road, Precinct 2, property purchase as 200
acres or more need not be platted, property less than 200
acres needs to he replatted.
To file a replat when property is .sold out of the two tracts,
first go to the City then to go the County. This subdivision
will not be on city utilities and will have road up to the
county standards. The commissioner were to look at the
information sheet for the court to know about the activity on
the Peterson Farm Road.

On this the 7th day of June 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay the
following late bills Johnny Stapp $14,193.00 for remainder
of work, Be Bop T-Shirt $92.00 for Medium Security
Facility sign, D & D Mechanical $19,845.00 for pump, etc.,
authorization of hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for each of the following:
Johnny Stapp for $14,193.00, Be Bop T-Shirt for $92.00,
D & D Mechanical for $19,845.00.
