( Commissioner Prec # 3) A letter and petition was submitted to the Court opposing the new entrance to the Kierce Rodeo Arena. The Court's question was Does Kerr County have the right to deny access tU the County Road? This question was addressed to the County Attorney's Office at which time the County Attorney's Office replied that they did not have enough information of the road and the lor_ation to justify an answer. Mr. Hernandez stated he was not against any person wanting to make an honest living but the residents felt that the community would suffer if this entrance was made where they want it. The residents here are not used to having much traffic in this area and felt that the parking is going to be a hazard to the community. They already have an entrance on Hwy 27. Our lives are being imposed on. The Court is awaiting an answer from the County Attorney's Office. PAGE 467 ~~,
