Consider having Animal Control Officer pick up dead animals
from citizens complaints.
Mr. Johnston addressed the Court asking if the Animal Control
Officer should not be the one to pick up dead animals from
r,itizens that complain. The Court feels at this time this
would not be beneficial. (NO Action from the Court was
taken).

REPEAT OE INDIAN HILLS S[JBDIVISION LOT 17
On this the 5th day of July 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to have
developers replat Lot 17 of Southern Hills and a public
hearing will be required at the proper time.
