GII~LESPIE AND KERR COUNTIES SiJBREGIONAL SOLID
WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
On this the ].2th day of July 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
kesolution adopting The Alamo Council of Governments Subregion
III-A Gillespie and Kerr Counties Subregional Solid Waste
Management Plan which follows:

THE ALAMO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
SUBREGION III-A
GILLESPIE AND KERR COUNTIES
SUBREGIONAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission
awarded a grant for the development of a subregional solid
waste management plan for Kerr and Gillespie Counties; and
WHEREAS, the .~appoint.ed AACOG Subregion III-A Solid Waste Task
Force has reviewed and provided valuable input throughout the
development of the Plan; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 14, 1994 in
Fredericksburg.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by
1. That the AACOG Subregional III-A Solid Waste
Management Plan is hereby officially adopted; and
2. That Mr. ~7erry Bain, Director of Public Works &
Utilities, Fredericksburg, and Chairman of the
AACOG Subregion III-A Solid Waste Task Force, is
hereby authorized to submit this plan to the
Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
Adopted this the 12th day of July 1994.
