COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON Tuesday,
August 2, 1994 with all Officers present and the following
proceedings were had:
I. APPROVAL AGENDA
1.2 Budget Amendments

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FiJNDS
IN THE AG BARN FACILITY
On this the 2nd day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
5500.00 from Line Item No. 10-510-570, Capital Outlay in
Courthouse & Related Building to Line Item No. 10-666-570,
Capital Outlay, in the Hill Country Youth Exhibition Center
and authorize a hand check for $500.00,
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
{ authorized to draw a voucher for $500.00 made payable to
Ewald Tractor, Inc. for the Ag Barn Facility.
II CONSIDERATION AGENDA
ITEM N0. 2.1
Approve Rental Agreement with Hunt-Ingram Gas Co. and
authorize the County Judge to sign same. Commissioner Prec #
4.
This item was tabled and discussed that the Court should look
at other gas companies and there services before we sign a
lease committing the Court to only one gas company.
Commissioner Lackey is to talk to other gas companies and come
back to the Court with a recommendation.
Item 2.2 Consider setting Public Hearing for Replat of Lot #
17, Southern Hills, Phase Two.
