BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY
AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE KERR COUNTY SAIL
On this the 9th day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-e-e, to declare an
emergency and transfer 524,465.00 from Surplus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-512-339, Prisoner Out of County, in the Kerr
County Jail and authorization of hand checks.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 523,030.00 made payable to
Gerald Kitchens, Sheriff; 5350.00 made payable to James
MacMillian, Sheriff; and 51,085.00 made payable to Edwards
County Detention Center.

AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE 198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 9th day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer funds from Surplus Funds 5485.00 to
Line Item No. 10-436-401, Medical Assistance, and 52,262.57 to
Line Item No. 10-436-417, Special Trials, in the 198th
District Court.
