On this the 9th day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay 575.00
from Line Item No. 10-436-315, Books, Publications, Dues, and
authorization of a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 575.00 made payable to
American Judges Association.

APPROVAL TO PAY LATE BILL TO MASTERCARD
~ On this the 9th day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay
late bill of $180.69 from Line Item No. 10-426-485,
Conferences - Dues and authorization of a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher made payable to Master Card for
Probate Judges Conference expenses.
