APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOT 64 WOOD TRAILS RANCH
On this the 9th day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
replat of lot 64, Wood Trails Ranch contingent on signatures
and addresses from 9-1-1 and authorize the County Judge to
sign same.

Consider letter of notification for violations of Kerr County
Subdivision Regulations.
This item was tabled and discussed the Court recommended that
each case be treated as a separate case and if there is a
letter to be written Mr. Johnston is to look at each case
individually.
