On this the 9th day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve
moving an employee from a 12/2 position to 13/1 position in
the Tax Assessor's Office, assuming supervisory duties
effective August 1, 1994.

APPROVAL OF ORDER TO REGULATE CERTAIN OUTDOOR
BUSINESSES IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of Auqust 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to endorse an
order to regulate certain outdoor businesses to the County
Attorney's Office for consideration and come back to the Court
in September with their recommendations.

REPRESENTATIVE FOR COMBINED DISPATCH COMMITTEE
On this the 9th day of August 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint
Judge Stacy as representative for the Combined Dispatch
Committee.
