Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to set a public
hearing date to be held on the proposed oper-ating budget for
for- the fiscal year^ October- 1, 1994, through September 30,
1995, pursuant to Chapter III of the Texas Local Government
Code. Said public hearing to be held on September•'20, 1994 at
10:00 a. m. in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County
Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas.

of the Ker^r• County Cler•k~s Office at the Kerr County
Courthouse during normal business hours.
