Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to set a public
hearing date to be held on the proposed operating budget for
for- the fiscal year- October 1, 1994, through September 30,
1995, pur^suant to Chapter- III of the Texas Local Government
Cade. Said public hearing to be held on September 20, 1994 at
10:0@ a. m, in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County
Caur•thause, Kerrville, Texas.
R copy of the Budget is available for inspection in the Office
of the Ker^r County Clerk's Office at the Kerr County
Courthouse during normal business hours.
