On this the 30th day of Rugust 1994, upon motion made by Judge
Stacy, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, a motion was made to
substitute Texas independence Day for• Martin Luther Kings
Birthday, a substitute motion was made by Commissioner Oehler,
seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, to substitute March ~,
1995, Texas Independence Day for February 21, 1995,
Gresident's Day, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0, on the substitute motion.
