Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer 51,672.03 fro^ Surplus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-436-417, Special Trials, in the 198th District
Court.

IN COMMISSIONERS' COURT
AND NON-DEPARTMENTRL
On this the 13th day of September 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
52,007.38 from Line Ite^ No. 10-409-400, Independent Audit, to
Line Item No. 10-401-486, Pr^ofessional Services, in the
Commissioners' Court and authorization of hand checks.
The County Tr^easurer and the County Auditor are her^eby
authorized to draw a voucher for 51,507.38 made payable to
Allison & Associates, and 55041.00 made payable to Sharpe
McCullough.
