Item 2.i Consideration of approval for the 1994/95 Kerr Emergency 9-1-1 Network Budget as presented by the Bvar-d (Frank Felts/Board Member) ORDER NO. 22294 DISAPPROVAL OF 9-1-1 BUDGET FOR 1994-1995 On this the 13th day of September 1994, upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Halekamp, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-1-0 with Judge Stacy Voting Nay, to r•e,ject the 1994-1995 9-1-1 Budget as submitted based on 1) it not being specific eno~.~gh by line item; 2) Deficit budget needs more explanation; 3> Contingencies not explained fully. Kerr County wants revised budget submitted for approval.
