IN CENTER POINT DIJHING SGH+QOL HUURS
On this the 13th day of September 1994, upon motion by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-a-a to give
Center Point School the authority to close First Street,
from Avenue A to Avenue C and Close half of B Street as
necessitated by public safety, between the hours of 7:30 a. m.
and 4:30 p. m.

DISAPPROVAL OF 9-1-1 BUDGET FOR 1994-1995
On this the 13th day of September 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Halekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-1-0 with Judge Stacy
Voting Nay, to r•e,ject the 1994-1995 9-1-1 Budget as submitted
based on 1) it not being specific eno~.~gh by line item; 2)
Deficit budget needs more explanation; 3> Contingencies not
explained fully. Kerr County wants revised budget submitted
for approval.
Item 2.2 Consider and approve moving Road and Br^idge off the
old KCSO radio Tawer on Hwy 16 North and selling said tower,

TO APPLY FOR FCC LICENSE FOR NEW TOWER
On this the 13th day of September 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-m-0, to authorize
the Sheriff to apply for an FCC License and remove the road
and bridge department from the old tower to the new. tower
with the installation of new equipment.
