GRENDERGAST TO THE 9-1-1 BOARD On this the 13th day of September 1994, upon motion made by Commissioner- Oehler, seconded by Commissioner- Lehman, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint George K. Prendergast to fill the position being vacated by Bennett James on the 9-1-i Board. Item No. 2.14 Consider and discuss proposed Rnimal Shelter. Commissioner Pr^ec # 2 This item was tabled and discussed, a plan was submitted with measurements and a br^ief description of what would materials would be used inside and out of the building. The Court asked Commissioner Lackey to look for a location for the facility and come back to the Court with an approximation of the cost. Item No. 2.16 Consider revising Minor Plat and Replat Order # 21586. (County Engineer) This item was tabled and the Court feels to make things easier for- the homeowner- and everyone concerned that minor- plats should be discussed with the Commissioner in that precinct and let the Commissioner decide whether- or not the plat would need to come before the Court. Item No. 2.18 Consideration and discussion of eliminating Road and Bridge Special Commissioners' Court Meeting.
