1994/95.
Wini Jones, Madeline Uecker, Gerrie Vanderveen, Bob
Colenbaugh and Mr. & Mrs. Keese are against the new tax
increase, and salary increase.
Public Hearing Closed at 1@:35 A, M. and the following
proceedings were had:

RDOPTION OF KERB COUNTY OPERRTING BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995
On this the 20th day of September 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court voted by a majority vote of 4-1-@, with Judge
Stacy Opposing to adopt the budget for the fiscal year
1994-1995 as presented with the meet ing. dates to be the 2nd
and 4th Monday of the month instead of the 2nd and 4th Tuesday
of the month and to include the amendments submitted.

the Commissioners' Court with all members present, it is
Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the following tax levies
