On this the 27th day of September 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to purchase a
desk for 5100.00 and a chair for- 599.00 from remaining balance
of capital outlay from the 1993-1994 budget for the 16th and
198th District Judges.
2.3 Consideration and discussion of the Ker^r^ Emergency 911
Network Fiscal Year^ 1994/95 budget.

911 BUDGET 1994-1995
On this the 27th day of September 1994, came on to be
considered the the Court the 911 Budget for 1994-1995, a
motion was made by Commissioner Lehman to approve the budget
but failed for a lack of a second. A substitute motion was
" made by Commissioner- Oehler, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, to disapprove the 911 Budget due to it being a
deficit budget and it will not allow 911 to open-ate for the
year 1994-1995, the Court voted by a majority vote of 3-1-0
with Commissioner Lehman Opposing.
2.4 Consider- and approve setting the Sheriff's Fees for•
Civil, Brady Bill, Fingerprints and Arrest Warrant/Capias
at the same figures as last year. (Sheriff)
