PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, Kerr County recognizes the Kerr County Fair Rssociation as a vital and productive association of our county; and WHEREAS, the Kerr County Fair Association was organized in 1978 and continues through today; WHEREAS, the Ker•r^ County Fair• Association sponsors a Fair `` Pageant, offering scholarships to four young ladies; and WHEREAS, the Kerr County Fair Association sponsors the County Fair with exhibits of crafts, canned goods, baked goods and livestock by local residents with a strong emphasis on Kerr County youth; NOW THEREFORE BE IT KNOWN: Kerr County proclaims the week of October 3rd through 8th, 1994 to be KERR COUNTY FAIR WEEK Signed this 27th day of September, 1994. AGENDA REQUEST RULES ADOPTED HY COMMISSIONERS' COURT 1. Agenda requests must 6e completely filled in, including the approximate length of time your- presentation will take. 2. Agenda requests shall have backup information attached to enable the commissioners' court to study prior to meeting date. All requests have to be approved by the County Judge andJor Commissioner^ (by initialing or signature) before being placed on the official agenda. The Court has asked to sign a contract with CintAs for uniforms and have Mr. Johnston sign said contract. 2.12 Consider and discuss proposed job description for the Environmental Health Officer. ( Commissioner Pct # 3) This item was discussed and Mr, Litke is to come back to the Court with a revised job description as some things were left out of the draft copy.
