' ACCEGTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
Dn this the 11th day of Uctober- 1994, came on to be considered
~ by the Court the reports of the County and Precinct Officials
of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and consider-ed by the
Court finds that said reports should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for- future reference and subject to
audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanioously accepted the
monthly reports of:

RELOCRTION OF JP PRECINCT # 1 OFFICE
On this the 11th day of October 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner- Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to r-elocate
Justice of the Precinct Office # 1 to 604 Junction Hwy
effective November 1, 1994 subject to a signed contract
stating renovations would be taken care of and cleaning of the
Office will be the responsibility of the precinct office.
Iteo 2.2 Consideration of contract between Ker•r• County and
Rrdith Dixon and authorize County Judge to sign same.

THE HILL COUNTRY YOUTH EXHIBITION OFFICE
On this the 11th day of October 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanioously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to contract
with Rrdith Dixon and authorize the County Judge to sign said
contract.
