On this the 11th day of October 1994, came on to be consider°ed
6y the Court the reports of the Caunty and Precinct Officials
of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and considered by the
Court finds that said r•epnrts should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to
audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously accepted the
monthly reports of:

RELO(:ATION OF Jp PRECINL'T # 1 OFFICE
On this the 11th day of October^ 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Cour^t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to relocate
Justice of the Pr^ecinct Office # 1 to 604 Junction Hwy
effective November 1, 1994 subject to a signed contr^act
stating renovations would be taken care of and cleaning of the
Office will be the responsibility of the precinct office.
Item 2.2 Consideration of contract between Ker^r^ County and
Rrdith Dixon and authorize County Judge to sign same.

RPPRUVAL OF CUNTRRCT WITH ARDITH DIXUN FOR
THE HILL COUNTRY YOUTH EXHIBITION OFFICE
On this the 11th day of October^ 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Oehler^, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to contract
with Ardith Dixon and authorize the Caunty Judge to sign said
contr-act.
