FROM JUDGE STRCV
On this the 18th day of October 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court voted by a majority vote of 3-i-0, with Commissioner
Lehman Opposing, to accept Judge Stacy's agreement of
suspension effective October 21, 1994 at 5:00 P. M, with pay.

Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-1 with
Commissioner Holekamp Abstaining to appoint Commissioner
Holekamp as liaison for- the County Judge.
