FROM JUDGE STRCY
Dn this the 18th day of October 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court voted by a majority vote of 3-1-0, with Commissioner
Lehman Opposing, to accept Judge Stacy's agreement of
suspension effective Dctaber 21, 1994 at 5:0~d P. M, with pay.
