approve Commissioner- Holekamp to renegotiate the contract with
BFI Services.

RND THE TEXRS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTRTION
On this the 24th day of October 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
Escrow Rgreement between Kerr County and the Texas Department
of Transportation for the reconstruction of the Water Street
Bridge of Kerr County.
