APPROVAL OF ESCROW AGREEMENT PETWEEN KERR COUNTY
AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
On this the 24th day of October 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
Escrow Agreement between Kerr County and the Texas Department
of Transportation for the reconstruction of the Water Street
Pridge of Kerr County.
