On this the 24th day of October 1994, came on to be considered
the bids of Rnderson Machinery Company of San Antonio, and
Krauskopf Brothers of Fredericksburg, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Cour-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to refer the
bids to the Road and Bridge Department far further review and
come back to the Court with a recommendation.

RPPROVAL OF PURCHASE DF RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE
INDIAN CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT
On this the 24th day of October 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-8, to make an
offer for property one and two at appraised value only for the
right of way on Indian Creek Bridge.
