MINUTES APPROVED RND WAIVED RERDING
On this the 14th day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Cammissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved the minutes and waived the reading
of said minutes. The minutes submitted: Regular Session on
Tuesday, October 11, 1994, Special Session on Tuesday, October
18, 1994, and Special Session on Monday, October 24, 1994.

On this the 14th day of November 1994, came on to be
considered by the Court the reports of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the County finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit. Upon motion made 6y Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Caurt unanimously accepted the monthly reports of:

ENTITIES AND VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS
AND AUTHORIZATION DF THE COUNTY JUDGE'S SIGNATURE
On this the 14th day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
Contracts of: partners in Parenting Education, Inc,; Hunt
.__ Volunteer Fire Department; Comfort Volunteer Fire Department,
Center Point Volunteer Fire Department, Y. 0. Ranch Volunteer
Fire Department, Turtle Creek Volunteer Fire Department, El^
Pass Volunteer Fire Department, and Ingram Volunteer Fire
Department as submitted to the Court and authorize the County
Judge to sign same.
ITEM 2.2 Discuss and consider funds for contract labor to
provide security services for inmates that have to be
hospitalized while in custody. ( Sheriff)
The Court tabled this ite^ but no order was made at this time.
The discussion was to use the monies available from part-time
line item and come back when these monies have been depleted.
2.3 Consider for reimbursement of seminar costs for support
staff (from 93'-94' Budget).
