ITEM 2.6 Gonsideration and discussion allowing voluntary
employee participation in the United Way Fund Raiser.
Mr. Kilgore addressed the Court stating he would like a chance
to present the County employees with a film to show where the
money goes that is contributed to the United Way Fund. The
Court stated this would be all right to do and Barbara Nemec
is to get this together and coordinated to do so.
ITEM 2.7 Consideration and discussion of county participation
in the Jingle Bell Walk for the Arthritis Foundation.
This ite^ was tabled and Barbara Nemec was commended for the
work she has done for the different organizations of Kerr
County.
2.9 Open sealed bids on two (2) patrol vehicles and to award
or reject bids.

On this the 14th day of November 1994, came on to be
considered the bids of Gillespie Ford of San Antonia, Arendale
Ford of Arlington, Smith Chevrolet of San Antonio, and Rodeo
Chevrolet of Bandera. Upon motion ^ade by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to refer all bids to
the Sheriff and the County Auditor for further review and come
back to the Court with a recommendation.
