FOR COUNTY JUDGE
On this the 14th day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay Judge
Denson a salary with benefits and refund remainder^ of net
salary with this to commence on November ib, 1994.
2.10 Consideration of servicing employee requests to invest
privately in tax deferred programs t403b, 457 sections)
managed by Lincoln National, Number 1 in annuities in
1992 and 1993.

EMPLOYEES REQUESTING TO INVEST PRIVATELY IN TAX
\ DEFERRED PROGRAMS
On this the 14th day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-1-0, with
Commissioner Holekamp voting "NAY", to approve Jeremiah
O'Fiehielly a vendor to service employees requesting to invest
privately in tax deferred program managed by Lincoln National.
2.14 Consideration of authorization by court for County Judge
to sign replacement original of Recor document (Order of
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County approving the
First Amendment to the Escr-ow Agreement for the Juvenile
Facility>, as original executed on or about July 14,
1994 has been misplaced.
