Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the

contract between Kerr County and BFI WASTE SYSTEMS effective
October 1, 1994 and authorize the County 3udge sign same.
2.18 Consider employee smoking/lunch area; co-op work with
Adult Probation to be located in the parking area
between the jail annex and main building.

RDULT PROHRTION TO IMPROVE THE AREA IN THE BARKING
GRRAGE BETWEEN THE BOTTOM DOOR AND FRANKIE'S OFFICE
On this the 14th day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to contact
adult probation to improve the area in the parking garage
'~ between the bottom door and Frankie's Office possibly to be
used as a smoking/lunch area for the employees.

rotary cutters.

ROTARY CUTTERS IN THE RDAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 14th day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to award the bid
to Krauskopf Brother of Fredericksburg as low bid of
f49,870.00, for two tractors and two rotary cutters for the
the Road and Bridge Department.
