On this the 2Bth day of November 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-@-@, to ratify the
Interlocal Agreements for Mental Health Commitments with
Karnes, Blanco, Dewitt, Frio, Gonzales, Jackson, Victoria,
Guadalupe, and La Vaca Counties.

REGULRTIONS FOR ON-SITE SEWAGE FACILITIES
On this the 28th day of November 1994, upon motion made by

variance from the Ker-r County Rules and Regulations for
On-Site Sewage Facilities for property located at Flat Rock
Lake and Bandera Highway belonging to Joe Midkiff.
