BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS
TO 198TH DISTRICT COURT
Dn this the 27th day of December 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to declare
an emergency and transfer 56,798.79 from Surplus Funds to
Line Item Ho. 10-436-417, Special Trials Expense, and
authorization of hand checks.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 5745.54 made payable to
Carousel Inn, 55,701.25 made payable to Cecil R. Reynold, Ph
D. Bastrop Mental Health, and 5300.00 to Travis County Medical
Examiner.
