On this the 27th day of December, 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vot• of 3-0-0, to pay 52,500
to R & D Construction Company for repair of wall at the Ag
Barn and authorization of a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to a draw a voucher made payable to R 8 D
Construction Company for 52,500 for repair of wall at Ag Barn.

APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF INDIAN HILLS PHASE I
On this the 27th day of December 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court, approved by a vat• o! 3-0-1, with Commissioner Lackey
opposing, to approve the final plat of Indian Hills Phase Z
with variance to 7.03.01 Kerr County Subdivison Regulations
and accept part of Lot 17 Southern Hills Phase II which is
deeded to the County.
Item 2.2 Consider and discuss request for variance to Leash
Law to be able to run dogs, supervised, in the Kerr County
Park located across the Guadalupe River from the State Park
and behind the Ag-Barn. (George Chapman) Thia item was passed
until 1'9-1994.
