On this the 27th dey of December, 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
court, unanimously approved by a vot• of 3-0-0, to approve the
bid from Tenery Equipment Company of 52,411 on new ice machine
for Road and Bridge Department and Ag-Facility.
Item 2.7 Consider and approval for additional funds for the
Indian Creek Hridge Project. ( Commissioner Prect # 4)

FOR INDIAN CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT
`~ On this the 27th day of December, 1994 upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court, unanimously approved by a vot• of 3-0-0, to a issue a
check to the Texas Department of Transportation for 572,036.32
with 312,036.32 to come from the Road and Bridge Reserve Fund.
Item 2.8 Consider a draft of revised Kerr County Subdivision
Rules and Regulations. (County Engineer/ Road Administrator)
This item was discussed, a draft wes received, but no action
was taken at this time on this matter.
Item 2.9 Consider request for variance to waste water rules
and regulations for Mr. Ray Schubert on property located at
112 San Antonio Street, Center Point, Texas. (Commissioner
Prect # 2)
Mr. Ray Schubert was not present at this meeting. No actlon
was taken. The Court passed on this matter. Mr. Ray Schubert
needs to resubmit a new request on this matter.
