APPROVAL TO PUT THE ANIMAL CONTROL BUILDING
ON COUNTY PROPERTY
On this the 27th day of December, 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court, unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to put the
Animal Control Building on Ag Barn property which is owned
by Kerr County, west of the dry creek.

APPROVAL TO PAY LATE BILL TO HILL COUNTRY ROOFING
On this the 27th day of December, 1994, upon motion made by
1, Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
court, unanimously approved by • vote o~ 3-0-0, to pay 54,123
to Hill Country Roofing on repair of Ag Barn roof and
authorization of hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher made payable to Hill Country
Roofing far S4, 123 for repair of Ag Barn roof.
