APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF ESTATES OF TURTLE
CREEK SECTION II, PRECINCT # 2
On this the 22nd day of May 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to approve the
final plat of Estates of Tur^t le Cr^eek Section II, F'recinet # 2
as presented to the Court with a letter of credit to be put in
file for the roads and bond.
Item 2.20 Proposal from Independence House for b~.~dget
consideration for the fiscal year 1995/96. (Director)
rhis item was tabled but the Cour-t did not to commit to
anything at this time but will consider- the Independence House
in the budget.
~--~ Item 2.23 Accept resignation of Justice of the Peace Pct # 2
' to be effective Rugust 1, 1995 and discuss method of filling
the position. (County Judge)
This item was discussed and the Judge stated it was Judge
Purney's intent to retire on Rugust 1, 1995 and he would be
asking the local papers to do an article in the paper and
start accepting resumes.
Item 2.10 Consider and approve adjusting fees for- use of
Rg-Barn for Trade Show in the Fall. (Commissioner- Gct # 4>

RPPROVRL OF WRIVING FEES FOR TRRDE SHOW
On this the 2^cnd day of May 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to waive the
fees for the "TEST '95" Committee Group, Inc. to use the Ag
Barn for the Trade Show.
Item 2.8 Consider^ation of changing retirees health insurance
~'~'l premium from 5143.90 per month to 5105.00 per month. This
item was discussed but the Court would like same more
information before we decided to change the premiums for
retirees.
