On this the lath day of June 1995, came on to be considered by
the Co~_irt the reports of the County and Precinct Officials of
Kerr Coi_rnty, Texas and having heard and considered by the
Court finds that saki reports should be accepted and filed
with the C:ounty Clerk for fut~_rre reference and subject to
a~_rdit. Upon motion made by Commissioner- Holel<amp, seconded by
Commissioner Defiler-, the Court unanimously accepted the
