The Court discussed to have someone look gat the 6oiler• and the
pipe lines to get in to save operations, and to check into the
cost of central heating and getting the unit from the
G~_iadalupe Building and having it installed in the Courthouse.
Item 2.11 Consider and disc~_iss telephone service and telephone
system for Law Enforcement Center.
The Cour-t discussed that the Sheriff needed to get together
with the phone company and with Tommy and work on the phone
system needed for the Sheriff's Office.

Animal Facrility. (County judge/Auditor)
The Co~_irt discussed the different options on financing the
Kerr Co~_~nty Animal Facility. The major idea was to pay off
the Ker•r• County Animal Facility by taking it out of county
prisoner funds and from the Guadalupe building money. The
money i.s to be put in the permanent improvement fund o~_it of
out of co~.inty prisoner fund and to be put on the next
Commissioners' Co~_irt Rgenda Meeting.

Item 2.17 Consider lease of roadway brroom and possible
purchase in the b~_idget process. (Road Administrator)
The Co~_~rt disc~_issed to extend the lease for July and August
and then put the p~_irchase of the roadway broom in the budget.
The roadway broom is on a lease/purchase plan.
