"~ System (RTS) Agreement Form" for implemenation of the
automated Registration and Title System with the state.
(County Judge/Tax Rssessor/Collector)
Tax Assessor/Collector discussed the State computer system
with the Court which will be installed next summer.
The State will pay for the computer system, the first five
years of maintenance on the system, and five work stations
which ar•e needed.
If more stations ar•e needed the County will have to pay far
them. Commissioners' ar•e to look over the agreement and get
bact< at the next meeting.
