FOR TRASH PICK UP AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 26th day of June 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to contract
with Mr. Sweeper for trash pick up at the Flat Rock Access and
the Ingram Dam Access.

APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF TRAVIS HALL
FOR THE UNEXGIRED TERM OF 911 BOARD MEMBER

Judge Denson, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to appoint Travis
Hall for the unexpired term of office on the 911 Board to be
Kerr Counties representative.

Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court voted 3-0-0, to fallow the County Rttorney's
recommendation regarding the payment of f2, 000. 00 to Matthew
Carreon as stated in the compromise settlement agreement which
follows:
