BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE RN EMERGENCY
AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN CHILD SERVICES POARD
On this the 14th day of Ai.igust 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer 31,000.00 fr^om Sur^plus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-630-212, Child Service Roard.
Item 2.1 Consider^ and discuss formation of Guadalupe River•
Corridor- Committee.
R discussion was held on the formation of a committee for the
Guadalupe River• Corridor. Judge Denson gave the bacl<ground of
State Agencies. Regional Studies ar•e being conducted by
various entities which may impact the futur^e environment and
human needs of Kerr^ County.
Item 2.2 Consider and discuss City/County Fire Fighting
Rgreement including funding of same.
