Upon motion made by Commissioner Lehman, seconded by
Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0, to pay said Claims and Rcco~ants.

TRRNSFER FUNDS IN COUNTY COURT AT LRW
On this the 28th day of Rugust 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare
an emer^gency and transfer S1,S00.iDiD from Line Item No.
10-427-401, Medical Rssistance, to Line Item No.. 10-4'27-402,
Court Appointed Attorney, in County Court at Law.
