BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE RN EMERGENCY
AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE 198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 11th day of September' 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare
an emergency and transfer 53,317.9E from Gener^al Fund Surplus
to Line Item No. 10-436-497, Court Trar~scr•ipts, in 198th
District Court and authorization of a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Ruditor are hereby
a+athorized to draw a voucher for X4,509.00 made payable to
Cindy E. Snider for• statement of facts and pr•etr•ial of
#B93-329.
